I worked with scientists at California Institute of Technology to create an animation illustrating the predatory lifecycle of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus. Developed as a companion piece to the publication Dynamic Structural Adaptations Enable the Endobiotic Predation of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus, the animation follows cellular events reconstructed from electron tomography data and experimentally observed biological processes.You can read the publication below.
