Role: Responsible for all aspects.
I was responsible for creating a collection of ten educational animations created for The Atlas of Bacterial & Archaeal Cell Structure. These videos explain the principles behind major imaging and structural biology techniques, including light microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, cryo-electron microscopy, cryo-electron tomography, subtomogram averaging, single-particle reconstruction, and X-ray crystallography.
To make these concepts as clear and accessible as possible, I relied primarily on 2D animation and motion graphics, using 3D visualization only when it added meaningful clarity.
